Andrei Stoica will put his Superkombat® Super Cruiserweight Title in line on the 21st of June in the third World Grand Prix of the year, which will take place on the Romanian coast of the Black Sea, in Constanta. The event will be broadcasted live on Eurosport and will schedule also a Cruiserweight Tournament with participants from United Kingdom, Netherlands, Spain and Romania.

If initially the official challenger for Andrei Stoica supposed to be the Jamaican Horace “Boy Boy” Martin, he said he can not honor the match, therefore the second contender, Ali Cenik from Turkey, took his place. The 27 years old, Ali Cenik (18-8-2) is known for his powerful hits, 11 of his wins were obtained before the limit. Moreover, in the past two years, Ali Cenik who trains at Siam Gym managed to defeat Alexey Ignashov, Sergej Maslobojev and Roman Kleibl.

“I know Andrei Stoica very well, he is very technical, easily combining punches with leg kicks, but also has some weaknesses. They call me Tornado, and in the first round this is exactly what I am going to trigger. A storm blows against Andrei Stoica.”, Ali Cenik announced.

With 32 wins from 38 possible Andrei Stoica became the Superkombat® World Champion in December 2013 after he caused Ondrej Hutnik’s first defeat after five years. The Romanian star is not afraid of the opponent he will encounter on June 21st and announced that his fists will turn into anti-missile storm. “He will see what fear means, I am hungry for succes and I’m sure that my belt will stay at me. Ali Cenik will be knocked-out next saturday.” said the 27 years old fighter.

The event that will take place in Constanta will be organized in partnership with the Romanian Riviera Tourism Board and will aim to attract foreign tourists at the Romanian seaside, several hundred people are expected to arrive in Romania especially for the Superkombat World Grand Prix event. The evening of June 21st classic tournament will also schedule a four man tournament for the Cruiserweight Division, where the KO artist, Cristian Ristea (Romania) will encounter in the first semifinal Moises Baute of Spain, and the revelation of the last edition of Superkombat®, Michael Terrill of United Kingdom will duel with the winner of Superkombat® World Tryouts from Almere, Netherlands, Patrick Van Rees.

In an super-fight at the Heavyweight Division, the winner of Superkombat World Grand Prix from Botosani, Romania, D’Angelo Marshall makes his return in the ring and is going to meet the giant Thomas Vaneste from Belgium. With an impeccable record of three wins from as many as possible in Superkombat®, Cristian Spetcu will fight in the Lightweight Division (-63.5 kg), while the opening match will put together two Romanians: Daniel Lazar and Ciprian Schiopu to determine the Light Heavyweight leader.
