A lightweight amateur bout between Paul Collings (1-1) and first timer Ollie Davidson (0-0) has been added to the card of Shock N’ Awe 15 on November 9th,, at Portsmouth’s Mounbatten Centre.
Having most recently lost an amateur contest at SNA 14, Exile MMA’s Paul Collings said: “I would like to say a big thanks to Brian Adams for having me back at shock n awe on the 9th November. I have no excuses for my last match up on the show. I simple held back & James saw the opening and took full advantage so far play to you bud. All I can say is a loss gives you a wake up call. On the 9th holding back is not an option for me at all. See you in the cage Ollie look forward to it.”
Davidson is set for a memorable experience, as he steps into the cage for the very first time, he explained: “I can’t wait to fight on Shock N’Awe 15, it’s a massive show and I feel lucky to be given the opportunity to be a part of it. I’m in the best shape of my life and looking forward to testing my new skills out on my opponent. I would like to give a massive thanks to all the Gym 01 monsters and coaches for their help. Bring on November 9th!”
Shock N’ Awe match maker Brian Adams said : “So on November 9th Paul Collings will be looking for redemption against Gym01 prospect Ollie Davidson, after losing his debut on Shock n Awe 14. Paul has previously trained at Gym01 before Ollie started training, and with only 12 months behind him come fight day, will it be enough to overcome Paul Collings? I suppose only time will tell.”
