GLORY is returning to New York City on December 1 with GLORY 48, featuring two title fights.

The current No.4 ranked contender Kevin VanNostrand (16-11) will headline the card, which will take place at The Theater at Madison Square Garden. VanNostrand will face the winner of the GLORY 45 featherweight title bout between champion Robin van Roosmalen and Serhiy Adamchuk taking place later this month.

VanNostrand earned his title shot at GLORY 43 this past July when he defeated Mo Abdurahman and Giga Chikadze in the featherweight “Contender” tournament.

Also fighting on the GLORY 48 card, will be Elvis Gashi (19-0), who made a huge splash at GLORY 43–the promotion’s last fight card in New York–by upsetting top-ranked lightweight Josh Jauncey via second-round TKO. The opponent for the undefeated lightweight has not yet been named.

A women’s super bantamweight title bout will headline the GLORY 48 Superfight Series. Current champion Tiffany Van Soest (18-2-1) will face the winner of the title-contender bout between Anissa Meksen (92-3) and Funda Alkayis (29-2), which takes place in October at GLORY 47.

Also appearing on the GLORY 48 Superfight Series card will be former UFC fighter Chris Camozzi, who will be making his GLORY and kickboxing debut. His opponent has not yet been named.
