Eyevan Danenberg felt it was do or die when he stepped into the ring at GLORY 45.

The Aruban openly talked about his motivational problems ahead of his return to GLORY and tells MMA Plus he didn’t know what would be next if he lost in the Sporthallen Zuid: “I really needed this win. I had motivation problems. I had this fight planned, so I had to win this one. I said to myself ‘if I lose this one, I don’t know how it will go or how it ends’.”

Danenberg passed with flying colors though, besting the previously unbeaten Wellington Uega by TKO in round two after scoring four knockdowns over the Brazilian in the fight.

“The way I won, man, my motivation is back!”
