GLORY makes its long-awaited return to New York City on July 14 at The Theater at Madison Square Garden with GLORY 43, which will feature a one-night, four-man tournament in the featherweight division.
In the semi-final matchups, No.4-ranked Giga Chikadze (37-5) will face Aleksei Ulianov (22-3-1), and in the opposing bracket, No.-5-ranked Matt Embree (39-8) takes on Kevin Vannostrand (13-1). The promotion announced the matchups via press release on Tuesday.
The winner of the tournament will, of course, earn a future shot at the featherweight title against either Robin van Roosmalen or Petchpanomrung Kiatmookao, who will face one another at GLORY 41 on Saturday May 20.
Also announced for GLORY 43 are No.1-ranked heavyweight Benjamin Adegbuyi (28-4) and No.4-ranked lightweight Josh Jauncey (26-8). Opponents for both fighters will be named at a later date.

Several fights were also announced for the GLORY 43 Superfight Series, including a middleweight bout between Ariel Sepulveda (4-2) and Joe Taylor (2-0), and also a matchup in the women’s super bantamweight division between French star Anissa Meksen (88-3) and Road to GLORY Brazil winner Jady Menezes (10-1).
