The lineup for GLORY’s 14-fight, year-end triple-header in Rotterdam, Netherlands is now complete. GLORY Redemption, a four-fight card to air on pay-per-view via UFC.TV, and both GLORY 49 and the GLORY 49 Superfight Series will all be taking place at Ahoy Rotteram on December 9.

The headlining bout for GLORY Redemption, a heavyweight title bout between champion Rico Verhoeven (52-10) and No.2-ranked challenger Jamal Ben Saddik (32-5), was announced back in July. A trilogy bout between Michael Duut (42-8) and Danyo Illunga (57-13) was also previously announced and will serve as the co-main event.

The final two bouts for GLORY Redemption were added on Wednesday. In a heavyweight tilt, No.5-ranked contender Anderson Silva (41-17-1) will face Xavier Vigney (10-1). And in a featherweight No.1-contender bout, former champion Petchpanomrung Kiatmookao (157-36-2) will take on Zakaria Zouggary (30-3-1).

The GLORY 49 SuperFight Series, the second fight card of the afternoon on December 9, will be headlined by a middleweight title bout between newly-minted champion Alex Pereira (26-6) and No.1-ranked contender Yousri Belgaroui (23-3).

A heavyweight bout between Ismael Londt (39-7-1) and D’Angelo Marshall (16-2), which was originally announced as the headliner for the GLORY 49 SuperFight Series, will now serve as the co-main event.

Nieky Holzken (90-13), returns from injury to face Alim Nabiyev (47-6) in a welterweight affair. MMA Plus reported the news of this bout on Monday. This bout was originally scheduled for GLORY 45 before Holzken withdrew from the contest with a foot injury.

In another welterweight bout, Eyevan Danenburg (25-6) will fight Road to GLORY UK winner Jaimie Bates (24-6). And kicking off the GLORY 49 SuperFight Series in a featherweight scrap will be Bailey Sugden (9-1) and Chenglong Zhang (41-5).

GLORY 49, the first of the three cards to take place on December 9, will be headlined by the lightweight “Contender” tournament final.

That tournament will be comprised of two semi-final bouts. Niclas Larsen (46-92) will face Tyjani Beztati (14-1) in one bracket. And in the opposing bracket, Stoyan Koprivenski (7-1) will fight Mayko Yurk (8-5).

Omar Moreno (25-7-1) will square off against Anying Wang (10-3) in a welterweight bout. And Christian Baya (59-5-1) will face GLORY newcomer Samo Petje (32-6-1). It was previously announced that Baya would be facing Marat Grigorian, but GLORY did not list a reason for the change in opponents.
