Badr Hari

Badr Hari’s much anticipated brand new documentary is finally upon us, as the kickboxing legend gives us the most in-depth and up-to-date look into his life like it’s never been seen before.

The 30-year-old Moroccan born fighter has long been described as one of the most talented fighters ever to fight under K-1 rules, with a record of 105-12, Hari’s 15 year career has spanned the globe, with him capturing It’s Showtime Heavyweight title and K-1 Heavyweight championship along the way.

Having fought some of the best in the world such as Semmy Schilt, Peter Aerts and Gokhan Saki, the Dutch based fighter has truly accomplished a surreal amount within the sport.

Although in recent times, fans have criticised his inability to fight over in America against some of the top heavyweights in the world. The documentary really gives an insight into Badr Hari’s mind-set and why he has remained so illusive.

Earlier this year “Golden Boy” called out the heavyweight division, stating: “No one ever achieved greatness by playing it safe!! All for the win.” Since then he has yet to face any of the “chosen six” from his call out; including current GLORY heavyweight champion Rico Verhoeven.

He was most recently scheduled to face Superkombat poster boy Cătălin Moroșanu on Dubai based Global Fighting Championship, however the promotion postponed the bout without much incline as to why.

Nonetheless, the always entertaining, fast cars, flash life-style of Badr Hari makes for an excellent documentary and is a must watch for all kickboxing fans.
