‘The Korean Zombie’ Chan Sung Jung has suffered another shoulder injury forcing him to withdraw from his return to action on October 4 in Stockholm where he was slated to face Sweden’s Akira Corassani at UFC Fight Night 53.
MMA-In-Asia revealed that Jung (13-4) has once again injured the same shoulder that dislocated during his last bout back in August of 2013 when the 27-year-old was defeated by Jose Aldo in a fight for Aldo’s UFC Featherweight Championship at UFC 163.
A replacement opponent for Corassani (12-4-1NC) is yet to be announced.
