In Thursday edition of popular American talk show “Dr. Phil” jailed MMA fighter Josh Grispi (14-5) called into the show to give his side of the story relating to his August 2014 arrest on multiple charges which include animal cruelty, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and witness intimidation.
When probed by the famed talk show host Grispi, 26, declined to comment on multiple occasions when asked about the multiple injuries his wife Kaitlyn Grispi suffered during multiple alleged incidents of domestic abuse.
The former UFC and WEC fighter, shocked members of the audience when he tried to justified his actions when he said the following:
“But it takes two,“Me and my wife have known each other for our whole lives. We’ve been dating since we were 13, and maybe we got too comfortable.”
Grispi who hasn’t fought since Feburary 2013 is currently awaiting trial relating to 36 charges but has pleaded not guilty to the charges levelled against him.
