It’s day 3 at the 2015 IMMAF World Championships of Amateur MMA in Las Vegas, and a podium ending is almost in sight for a number of fighters from the UK, Northern Ireland and Ireland, with seven athletes from across the three nations set to compete in quarter-final and semi-final contests.
In the 185lb quarter-finals, UK Middleweight James Duckett brushed aside Ireland’s Kiefer Crosbie with a first round TKO and moves on to the semi-finals where he meets Juho Laitinen of Finland.
