The Ultimate Fighter season 18 runner-up “Dangerous” Davey Grant (8-2) is rumoured to make his octagon return against Brazilian Douglas D’ Silva (22-1-1) at next years UFC Stockholm event.
This will be 28-year old Grant’s first appearance since his scheduled fight with Canadian Roland Delorme (9-2-1) at UFC Fight Night 38 was cancelled after he had successfully weighed in due to injury. When Grant faces his Brazilian opponent he will be looking to register the first win of his UFC career after losing to American Chris Holdsworth in the TUF season 18 finale.
His opponent D’ Silva will look to bounce back from his first career loss against Zubaira Tukhugov on his UFC debut in February. Before that defeat the 29-year old had been on 23-fight unbeaten run stretching back to 2007.
UFC Stockholm 2015 is rumored to go down on 24th January 2015.
