Jon Jones has put Dana White in the firing line ahead of UFC 214, confirming that he has heat with the UFC President.

Both Jones and Daniel Cormier appeared on Fox Sports’ UFC Tonight on Wednesday, where Jones opened up about his fallout with White, claiming he had not spoken to the UFC boss since he was removed from UFC 200 last July due to a USADA doping violation.

“Well, Dana’s actually reached out quite a few times, I just haven’t answered his phone calls or text messages. I feel like Dana has shown his true colours, man,” Jones said during his UFC Tonight appearance.

“When you’re making him money, you’re his everything. If you’re not making him money, he kind of disappears. So now I just focus on talking to Ari [Emanuel] when it comes to business.”

He ended with one final jab, saying: “I’m not gonna pretend to be friends.”

The actual reason for Jones’s falling out with White has yet to come to light, but it is likely to do with White’s public burial of the former light-heavyweight champion following the events of UFC 200.

Jones also spoke up about potentially facing Brock Lesnar, with rumours swirling that the former UFC heavyweight champion is looking to end his tenure with World Wrestling Entertainment to return to professional fighting.

There are obvious stumbling blocks in place before Lesnar can make a return; the biggest being that he is still serving a ban for a USADA violation prior to his UFC 200 fight against Mark Hunt.

He did not give an official answer on the potential fight but did say he will explore his options after he takes care of Cormier on Saturday night.
