The UFC 209 media call took place on Thursday evening and featured the participants who will feature in the headline and co-headline bouts of the event which goes down on Saturday, March 4, 2017, at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
In the main event of the evening, UFC welterweight champion Tyron Woodley (16-3-1) and Stephen Thompson (13-1-1) will meet for the second time and will try and find an outright winner after their fight meeting at UFC 205 last November was ruled a majority draw.
In the co-main event, undefeated Russian lightweight Khabib Nurmagomedov (24-0) takes on the red hot American Tony Ferguson (22-3) for the UFC interim lightweight championship.
