A little over two weeks away from the event, Cage Warriors 80 has seen three of its fights altered, whilst a fourth has been added.

UFC veteran Che Mills (16-9) has been removed from the card for undisclosed reasons.

His opponent, Norway’s Thomas Robertsen (5-0) remains on the card, and instead, makes his Cage Warriors debut against Craig “The Thundercat” White (9-7). White may lack Mills’ name value, but the 26-year-old Welterweight is no easy draw for Robertsen, having previously fought UFC veterans, Leon Edwards and Jake Hecht.

Elsewhere on the main card, Featherweight Tim “The Experiment” Wilde (9-2) has a new opponent, as Tom Green (11-1) has been forced off the card through injury.

Wilde now faces Norway’s Alexander Jacobsen (6-1). Jacobsen is unbeaten in his last six fights, only losing his MMA debut back at Cage Warriors 66 in 2014. Wilde meanwhile is looking to build upon a unanimous decision victory over UFC veteran Mickael Lebout last September.

The Flyweight bout between Sam Creasey (7-1) and Samir Faiddine (9-2) has been scrapped due to injury but at this time it is unclear as to which fighter has been forced off the card. Creasey was looking to bounce back from his first career defeat at Cage Warriors Unplugged, whilst the Parisian Faiddine was looking to extend his winning streak to eight fights.

Replacing the canceled Flyweight contest is a 150lbs Catchweight fight between Declan “Decky” McAleenan (0-1) and Thomas Terdjman (1-0). Terdjman will be looking to double his winning record, having won his debut fight back at Cage Warriors 77 last summer. McAleenan meanwhile returns for the first time since December of 2015, when he lost his debut against James Gallagher. Gallagher has emerged as a top prospect for Bellator MMA, and this fight should resemble an easier challenge for McAleenan.

Cage Warriors 80 takes place on February 18th and is headlined by a Welterweight Title fight between Matt Inman (19-8) and Karl Amoussou (23-7-2).
