Enfusion have confirmed to MMA Plus that they have renewed their broadcasting partnership with BoxNation who will broadcast Enfusion Live 46 on February 18, 2017.

The big news was initially announced by Enfusion commentator Vinny Shoreman (host of The Mind Diet podcast) earlier this week, confirming the promotion had signed a multi-event deal with the broadcasting giants.

The event is headlined by Ilias Bulaid vs. Zakaria Zouggary.

BoxNation have updated their “live boxing schedule” for February 18 and have simply stated a start time of 2100 hours on Saturday. However, the start time may be subject to change since they are also broadcasting M-1 Global beforehand which could slightly alter the start time of the Eindhoven event.

Previously, BoxNation had partnered with Enfusion to broadcast Enfusion Live 19 in June 2014. On that occasion, Ismael Lazaar defeated UK heavyweight, Daniel Sam by third round knockout and Andrew Tate was the first kickboxer to defeat Wendall Roche with a stoppage (TKO) in the second round, to become the 90kg Enfusion champion at the time.

Interestingly, Daniel Sam confirmed that he will be in attendance on Saturday in Eindhoven as he is set to take part in the four-man heavyweight tournament at Enfusion Live 47 on March 18.

However, his opponent (in the semi-finals) is yet to be named but is rumoured to be announced in the coming days or weekend. Could we possibly be much closer to a rematch between Daniel Sam and Ismael Lazaar being announced, two and half years after their first clash?
