The Main Event Muay Thai today announced that Mike Egan has been forced to withdraw from his scheduled 70kg A-class fight against Sam Jackson on The Road to the Main Event takes place on Nov. 22 from the Village Hotel in Ashton-under-Lyne.

Stepping in to face “Super Sam” is number one ranked Scottish kickboxer, and ranked #12 in the UK, Andy Primorose.

Primrose fights out of The Griphouse in Glasgow and is coming off a elbow knockout of Gary Stewart on June 28.

Now standing at 15-1, Super Gym’s Jackson is coming off a TKO win against Italian Luca Fonda at Yokkao 11 on Oct. 11, at the Macron in Bolton. He has also recently been crowned the ISKA British Champion.
