Undefeated lightweight Ryan Scope has this afternoon seemingly called out a fellow UK Lightweight champion who currently plies his trade in top European promotion Cage Warriors.

Scope (10-0) who made his return to action after a two and a half year absence at ACB 74 where he defeated top Russian Yusup Umarov via 2nd round TKO to cement his status as one of the worlds top prospect.

In the aftermath of his win over Umarov (8-2) the 24-year old seemingly struggled to find an opponent domestically who was willing to step into the cage with him until he discovered Lewis Long was also at a loose end.

Tough Welshman Long (13-4) gladly accepted the fight which is set to go down at Made4TheCage 23 on February 25 in Newcastle, England in a bout which is being hailed as one of top domestic scraps of the year.

But this afternoon when asked about his move back up to 170lbs the man nicknamed “Big Baby” has today in cryptic tweet prompted by fellow UK standout and UFC veteran Norman Parke indicated through a picture of a goldfish that a fighter in the U.K. Lightweight division did not want to fight him.

Who do you think the Team Fish Tank trained fighter is talking about? Let us know in the comments.

UPDATE: It’s not just innuendo. Scope confirmed in a subsequent tweet to MMA Plus, that his ‘goldfish’ was in fact about Chris Fishgold.
