After a powerful display of pad work at the BELLATOR 158 Open Media Workout yesterday, Oli Thompson was asked by Anoop Hothi, for MMA PLUS, what he thought about Matt Mitrione‘s punch resistance following his last fight at, BELLATOR : Dynamite 2, (where the American was badly rocked by Carl Seumanutafa), Thompson gave a respectful but serious response (as shown in the video below).
The conversation with Oli Thompson became even more interesting when the former, ‘Britain’s Strongest Man’ turned MMA fighter, was asked what round he predicts he’ll end the fight with Mitrione, responding: “How much is he prepared to take? I’ll offer him a way home throughout the fight”.
