One of the most exciting fighters to come out of Brazil gets his first opportunity to headline a UFC show on March 17th.

With a record of must submissions in UFC, Charles “Do Bronx” Oliveira faces American Kevin Lee in UFC Fight Night Brasilia, which takes place at the Nilson Nelson Gymnasium in the capital of Brazil, Brasilia City.

The news was first revealed by Combate with sources close to the situation later confirming the story to MMA Plus.

Oliveira returns to action for the first time after securing a knockout finish against Jared Gordon, last November in São Paulo. The 30-year old fighter faces American Lee who himself is fresh off a spectacular highlight hell knock out against Gregor Gillespie in UFC 244 last November.

The bout is expected to be contested at 155lbs and with both fighters being ranked with the top 15 a win for either fighter could see them crack the top 10 of the UFC Rankings.

In the co-main event, a clash of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu artists, former title challenger Demian Maia faces Gilbert “Durinho” Burns.
