Jessica Andrade is officially off UFC 207 after the promotion was unable to find a replacement. Andrade was originally slated to face Maryna Moroz, but Moroz was forced to withdraw with injury. Angela Hill was drafted in as a replacement, but USADA rules meant that fight was scrapped.
A flyweight bout between Louis Smolka v Ray Borg has been bumped up to open the PPV card.
