You may not know his name (just yet anyway), but you will certainly remember his super knockout. French amateur Johan Segas – who went viral off the back of his head kick stoppage of Joe Harding in February – is set to return to BCMMA later this year.

Segas stiffed his overzealous showboater opponent with a sense of justifiable comeuppance inside the Charter Hall in Colchester.

For a few minutes at least, Segas was the talk of the mixed martial arts world – so shocking even, that UFC President Dana White tweeted about it – as the video whisked across YouTube, Twitter, Reddit and beyond.

After capturing the interim featherweight title in that fight against Harding, Segas returns to Charter Hall for Cage Warriors Academy South East – BCMMA 20, which takes places on November 25.

In order to unify the division, Segas will face current BCMMA amateur champion Mantas Smailys who claimed the title after defeating PK Zadeh earlier this year. Smailys boasts an impressive 10-fight unbeaten amateur career, but can the “Silencer” steal the headlines one more time?

Also announced for BCMMA 20, four-time IMMAF veteran Jorgen Indsetviken will defend his amateur welterweight against Jamie Ward. The Norwegian international has made a name for himself in IMMAF competition, including a bronze medal at the 2015 European Open Championships. He last featured at BCMMA 19, where he defeated British prospect, Alex Elsey

Ward – who trains out of Keddle’s Gym in London – is a solid opponent for Indsetviken, having garnered a six-fight unbeaten run to start his amateur career. He eventually lost to French national competitor Henri Dimitri, but is certain to provide a great test on November 25.
