Superkombat Fighting Championship makes its return to Italy on Nov. 22 to finish up its 2014 season. The Superkombat World Grand Prix Final event takes place at the Palalper Arena, Monza. The night will feature the Light Heavyweight tournament, and the middleweight world championships will be unified for the first time ever as the WKA champion Julian Imeria takes on the Superkombat New Heroes champion Cedric Manhoef.

The Superkombat poster boy returns, after beating Brian Douwes two months ago in the Netherlands. Catalin Morosanu, faces off against his biggest challenge to date, as the “Carpathian Death” takes on “The Monster of America”, Ron Sparks, who is a former Bellator heavyweight fighter.

The super-cruiserweight champion also makes his return, as Romanian Andrei Stoica does battle with undefeated MMA champion Emilio Vallecillo.

Stoica said: “A lot of Romanians live in Italy and for me it is an honor to fight there for the first time. Also, I can promise to Vallecillo that he will have a nightmare debut in the professional kickboxing.”

Elsewhere, the Superkombat New Heroes champion Cedric “Baas” Manhoef (47-1-2) and the WKA champion Julian “The Albanian Iceberg” Imeri (32-4-0) will meet to unify their middleweight titles.This marks the first time that a Superkombat New Heroes title and WKA title will be unified.

The main event of the night is the The event also hosts the conclusion of the Light Heavyweight tournament, with competitors: Aristote Quitusisa, Dawid Kaspersky, Michael Terrill and Jorge Loren still reaming to win the divisional gold.

In the Light Heavyweight tournement reserve fight, former Cruiserweight champion Bogdan Stoica (16-6-0) faces Alexandru Negrea (22-2-1), a Romanian fighter based in Milan since 2000.

The event also has two more super fights, former Italian boxing champion Riccardo Lecca (17-4-0) will face the rising star Amansio Paraschiv and the local hero Giuseppe De Domenico (28-4-3) will make his Superkombat debut against Errol Koning (40-7-0) of Suriname.
