ALEXI ROBERTS VS. JACK GRANT – LIGHTWEIGHT BOUT

Alexei “Boom” Roberts competes out of Team Kyouken with a professional record of 10-6-0 that includes losses against experienced competition. 80% of the Hampshire fighter’s wins have come via stoppage; with 40% by KO or TKO, and 40% by Submission. Roberts has previously earned the ITC Welterweight and Lightweight titles and is the former Shock N Awe Welterweight champion. Roberts debuted on BAMMA at “BAMMA Fight Night: Askham vs Nunes” to lose against wrestler Artem Kotov in a compelling match.

Jack Grant holds a professional record of 7-1-0 with 6 first round victories and a history against solid competition. 2014 ushered in a Rear Naked Choke victory over Abi El Kalphi at OMMAC 20, a Split Decision loss to Jefferson George at BAMMA 15 and a recent first round, Calf Slicer Submission of Georgi Stoyanov at CSFC. Other notable fights include a round 1 KO of Jason Ball just 38 seconds into the round, in December 2013. Jack Grant fights out of the Fight Ministry in Grimsby.

JEFFERSON GEORGE VS MARC DIAKIESE – LIGHTWEIGHT BOUT

BAMMA 15 brought success again when the Shadow Demon overtook Jack Grant on the judges’ scorecards but was followed by a loss at KSW 27, when George fell foul of a decision. He redeemed himself at Warrior Fight Series in June against Jamie Reynolds. With the majority of his wins scored via Submission, George holds a current professional MMA record of 5-2.

Marc Diakiese was unbeaten at Amateur over 9 fights, and has remained undefeated at Professional level with a record of 4-0. On recently inking a 5 fight deal with BAMMA, Diakiese has his eyes set on the BAMMA belts.

Manager, Carl Messan, commented: “Marc is one of the hottest upcoming prospects in UKMMA. He is determined to be the BAMMA champ, first the British champ and then the World.”
