Undefeated British middleweight Scott Askham (12-0) has today revealed that he is set to join the UFC roster.
The news comes following Askham’s victory over Swedish fighter Max Nunes earlier this month at BAMMA Fight Night in Southampton, it was specualted that the winner of Askham vs Nunes, a highly anticipated bout for the Yorkshireman’s middleweight crown, would likely progress to the UFC ranks, and it was Askham who snatched victory in the third round via TKO.
A date and opponent for Askham’s UFC debut is yet to be announced.
