Cage Warriors Fighting Championship have announced an extensive range of purse bonuses that will not only see awards for KO, submission and Fight of the Night, but every main card fighter who claims victory by finishing his or her opponent will receive a bonus payment. The UK-MMA promotion may have just raised the bar on performance acknowledgement and fighter encouragement, the announcement comes alongside news of the UFC re-structuring their own bonus scheme.
Via CWFC: CEO Graham Boylan announces that in addition to the regular KO, Submission and Fight of the Night bonuses, a “Finishing Bonus” will now also be handed out to each fighter who stops their opponent inside the distance on a CWFC main-card bout.
As of Feb 15th Cage Warriors will also be putting up for grabs for all 6 MAIN CARD fights a FINISHING BONUS. All main card fights on Cage Warriors for 2014 will have 6 finishing bonus cheques ready to be signed. (don’t leave it with the judges).
