The fourth Superkombat World Grand Prix event of the year is scheduled for August 2nd and the main-stream star
Catalin Morosanu is ready for another epic show. The former winner of “Dancing With the Stars” and local politician in his native country, “The Carpathian Death” will face Giannis “Hercules” Stoforidis, one of the rising stars in the european kickboxing scene in the main event of the night, live on Eurosport.

Selected at the first Superkombat World Tryouts series of 2013, held in Athens, Greece, Giannis Stoforidis had an amazing run. He fought his way through to the Superkombat World Grand Prix Final of the last season losing in the semifinals due to a hand injury. Undefeated in Greece and with a record which includes 15 wins, Giannis “Hercules” Stoforidis won by an brutal KO in June and now he threatens Morosanu’s 12 win Superkombat@ winning streak.

“I’m hungry for the revange in Superkombat® after in my last fight where I wasn’t able to qualify for the final because of my hand injury. This time I have a big chance to establish myself as a star if I win against a living legend in kickboxing. Morosanu, be afraid! Hercules is coming for war.”, announced Giannis Stoforidis, one of the Superkombat New Heroes.

A regional counselor, Morosanu (37-8-0) will make his comeback to the Superkombat® ring on August 2nd, having been involved in the European Parliament elections in May and after a trip to the Czech Republic where he lost by controversial decision to Thomas Hron.

The location for the fourth Superkombat World Grand Prix event of the year will be announced soon.
