Contender Promotions have confirmed Daniel Sam will face Fight Star Hunt winner, Tarik Khbabez on November 8th to determine the promotion’s first Super Heavyweight Champion.
Fighting out of Mike’s Gym in Holland, Sam is widely considered the UK’s best Heavyweight Muay Thai and K-1 fighter. He has fought around the world for promotions such as: GLORY, SuperKombat and Enfusion.
Khbabez wowed the President Garry Bell and his team during the recent Dutch series of Fightstar Hunt. Fighting out of VOS Gym House of Legends Khbabez is highly touted as a potential future star, with him also signing to compete for SuperKombat in the coming months.
Garry Bell said “what a treat this is going to be fight fans in the UK and the north of England where the event will be held, this is going to be like an early fire works night and we can definitely expect explosions.
We have some amazing bouts lined up and will be releasing massive news about the rest of the fight card very soon”.
