Wrzosek weighs-in for the TUF 22 Finale against Erosa.

Following his monumental Featherweight title win at KSW 37 – Circus of Pain, newly crowned champion Marcin Wrzosek is looking to avenge his sole UFC loss.

The semi-finalist from Season 22 of The Ultimate Fighter, Wrzosek was victorious on Saturday night in Krakow, after a second round doctor’s stoppage saw him snatch the KSW gold from Artur Sowinski.

Now, “The Polish Zombie” is calling for a rematch against old TUF 22 foe Julian Erosa, as Wrzosek looks to avenge his December 2015 loss to the American.

Wrzosek lost a split decision to fellow semi-finalist Erosa at the TUF 22 Finale, after his cardio seemingly let him down late on in the fight and allowed Erosa to insert his superiority.

Despite signing a multi-fight contract, the Polish fighter – who at the time competed out of Nottingham – was released from his UFC contract.

Now, the newly crowned Polish champion has taken to Twitter to call out Erosa, claiming: “you know you didnt win our last scrap!”

Erosa was recently in a close contest of his own, competing against Paddy Pimblett at CW Unplugged. The fight went the distance, with the judges awarding Pimblett the fight unanimously, much to the dismay of Erosa who felt he had done enough to claim the CWFC Featherweight title.

With no plans reported for CWFC to re-match Erosa with Pimblett, it looks like another redux against the current KSW champion could be an interesting scrap in early 2017.
