Fast on the heels of last nights announcement that top UK lightweight Ian “Enty” Entwistle (8-1) has signed a 4-fight deal with the UFC it has today emerged that the Phuket Top Team fighter will make his UFC debut fellow debutant Dan Hooker (10-4) next month.

The fight, which will feature on the UFC Fight Night 43 card, will see the Accrington born, Phuket based fighter go into enemy territory when he goes up against hometown boy Hooker.

Enty is currently riding a 4-fight win streak and has never seen the 2nd round, last competed at Cage Warriors 62 where he scored a 0.24 second, highlight reel heel hook submission win against Liam James last December.

Hooker, the man Entwistle will face next month will look to score his 6th win in a row, defeated all of his previous 5 opponents under the Australian Fighting Championship banner, finishing all of his opponents long the way resulting in the 24 year old being snapped up my the worlds number 1 mixed martial arts promotion.

UFC Fight Night 43 takes place on June 28th, at the Vector arena in Auckland, New Zealand and will be headlined by the middleweight clash between Nate Marquardt and James Te Huna who will be making his debut at middleweight.
