‘Judo’ Jimmy Wallhead has started the year by signing an exclusive deal with SPIKED sports agency to help support his big push to the top of the ladder, where he deserves to be. SPIKED, which are owned by former Virgin director Matt Walton, are known for their management of UFC fighter Brad ‘One Punch’ Pickett and their association with a host of athletes from MMA, mountain biking, motocross, wakeboarding and superbikes. Matt Walton “I have worked with Jimmy over the last 12 months starting with the lead up to Jimmy’s fight against Matt Veach. My involvement from then and up to this point in time has been more of a performance and a mentoring role where I have worked alongside Jimmy identifying key areas of strengths and key areas for improvement. The big focus has been on creating winning strategies and habits to increase Jimmy’s physical and mental performance. This has extended outside of the gym, to enable him to have a much more balanced positive attitude towards the whole of his life.”
It’s been a great 12 months with some great achievements and some great learning’s. I do believe that with Jimmy’s new outlook and the fantastic team around him, he will only get better and better. I believe he will be one of those fighters that go down in history.
