After the success of the SuperKombat UK Tryouts on April 4th in Middlesbrough the future looks bright for Teesside’s Garry Bell. 

Eduard Irimia, President of SuperKombat said “this was not like a usual tryout and it was great to be back in the UK but this time to witness a real event”. 

There were some great fighters on display, but two who really shined like gold were Jamie Bates and Micky Terrill. Both of these highly entertaining fighters rocketed directly to the SuperKombat World GP event to be aired live on Eurosport. 

Eduard went on to say the way Garry Bell had planed and promoted this event bringing in a packed out crowd was amazing and it showed what hard work had been put in.

As a result of how impressed Eduard was he contacted Garry Bell within 48 hours and offered him the position of SK SUPERVISOR for the UK. 

Garry Bell said “this is a great opportunity for me and Contender Promotions, I will help promote SK in the UK and also aid them in hunting out new fight Hero’s from all around the UK”.
