UFC officials have this evening announced that Robert Peralta (16-4) will make his long awaited return against Estevan Payan (14-4) at UFC 168.
This featherweight encounter is scheduled to take place on the undercard of the rematch between UFC middleweight champion Chris Weidman and P4P great Anderson “The Spider” Silva.
Peralta makes his return to action after serving a 6 month suspension for testing positive for marijuana following a decision loss to Akira Corassani at UFC on Fuel TV 9, in Stockholm, Sweden this past April.
His opponent Payan will also look to get back to winning ways following a unanimous decision defeat at the hands of Jeremy Stephens at UFC 160.
UFC 168 takes place on 28th December at MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.
