It has emerged in the last few hours that the former UFC and Bellator welterweight War Machine (15-4) has been hospitalized after a failed suicide attempt in his Las Vegas jail cell.
TMZ.com first who broke the news, reported that War Machine who’s birth name is Jonathan Koppenhaver was found on Tuesday morning in his Clark County Detention Center cell after “he had tied a piece of linen around his neck and tied it to the leg of the bed.”
War Machine is currently being held without bail after being arrested on a total of 32 charges, as a result of an alleged attack on his former girlfriend, the porn star Christy Mack, and her friend Corey Thomas this past August.
