It was confirmed today that KO specialist, Paul “Semtex” Daley’s recently legal woes have come to an end, with the announcement that assaults charges from a bar fight that he was allegedly involved in have had been dropped.

When speaking to the Bleacher Report, the Nottingham slugger said:

“The case was thrown out, lack of evidence and contradicting witness accounts. I’m extremely happy.  Applying for my P-1 visa as we speak and hope to return to the USA and Bellator later this year.”

The positive outcome of this case should now allow Daley to resume his Bellator career which started in impressive fashion with a 1st round TKO over Rudy Bears at Bellator 72.

MMAPLUS will bring news on relating to this story as we get it.
